MAKE SUNDAY A FUNDAY

WOODEN BOOKPLATE ELEMENT
Mom and Dad are enjoying themselves here. We went to garage sales yesterday and found a few treasures. I may feature them here later on in the week. Dad was our chauffer and Miles our navigator. Onliest thing was every time we would go to move onto the next sale Miles would realized he had set the paper listings down at the sale...luckily he was always able to locate it again. We went to about a dozen sales, which is a lot for here.
We took them out to dinner at a very classy restaurant in Kaleden, about an hour's drive away. The food was very good and it was a relaxing time together. I ordered my very favorite - Steak with a peppercorn sauce. We pulled out all the stops on dinner - sometimes you refuse to consider the cost as it can't be counted in dollars. Its a beautiful feeling to share a special place together for a special celebration together. This is our late Mother's Day, early Father's Day gift ... and it was fun to share together.
It was a nice balmy day so we took a few family pictures.

BARB'S TIP #19
Give Someone a Laugh Today
Sometimes laughter is the best medicine - even if there is no problem. I'm sure you know someone who could use a good laugh today... in this case you MUST go to the following website and send them a greeting! (just click on the MONK E-MAIL word) You can pick your chimp, choose the clothes, their location etc...but best of all, you can make your chimp talk...

You are so pretty. What a nice smile! And my friend used your monkey link to make me laugh today. We figure we could send it to my kids and ask if they are behaving for Mom like they are supposed to. LOL Aren't we ornery?
