Thinking of You frame card

Feels like forever since I’ve created and posted all in one fell swoop.  Well, thats the way it has to be with me, isn’t it with such busy days.  I am happy with this oh so simple Just Add Ink  #414 challenge.  I pulled this one together quite effortlessly, keeping it straightforward before I could get carried away.  I was dying to use this panel from Kaiser Craft Hanami Garden Collection, and because I wanted to “Just Add” some Ink I used a tombow clear ink marker and embossed this sentiment.  I diecut the frame using stitched die from Simon Says Stamp  with DP by CraftSmith “Natural Luxury” (a 12 x 12 pad I go back to time after time and wish I’d bought two, no three, NO, the craft hoarder in me yells 12 haha!)

For a final touch of elegance I added some Twinkle Dust glitter to the blooms.  And there you have it.  Hope you’re enjoying a beautiful and creative day.

  1. awesome card ….that was a neat challenge ...thank you for asking me to play along ...hugs

  2. This is so pretty Barbara! Your chevron frame is so striking and I love the inked frame surrounding your sentiment and the twinkle dust details are just gorgeous too! Thanks for sharing with us at Just Add Ink this week.

  3. I love that hint of glittery pink blooms in the corner Barbara, such a delicate contrast to the strong pattern of the frame! Thanks for joining us at Just Add Ink this week.

  4. So pretty, the chevron pattern is a wonderful background for your pretty sentiment panel.

Your comments are a blessing to me!
