The cat-tails are in bloom now and they invite a little petting on the way by on my early morning walks. I remember “having duels” with my siblings when I was young.

Holey Kamoley - my eyes near fell out of my head when I saw the total lbs of cherries I picked over the past couple of weeks. No wonder my little wings are sore. Being its my first year I'm happy with this outcome. Imagine though that I am SLOW compared to many pickers. They make it look easy and effortless, they are quiet and swift, like stealth robots. I keep checking to see if they have like secret octopus arms that come out when I'm not looking. I've picked their brains as to what make one fast, the top answer is (like everything else in life) EXPERIENCE.

I'm going to relish not getting up at 3:15 tomorrow morning.
